Shipping policy

Brook ships internationally to customers outside Japan.

 

■ Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in your local currency. Standard rates are as follows.

Asia and Oceania: ¥1,500

Europe, North America, Central America and South America: ¥2,000

 

■ Delivery times

Orders normally arrive within about 10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local customs clearance and other circumstances beyond our control.

 

■ Duties and import taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or the shipping fee. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are collected in the destination country.
